Welcome to Roksella Jewellery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (the "Site") and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend and modify these terms without notice.

1. General Information

Roksella Jewellery ("we," "us," "our") is a UK-based online jewellery store selling globally.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be converted into other currencies at checkout.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

3. Discounts & Promotions

Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Customers might need to create an account to qualify for some promotions. Examples include but are not limited to loyalty programmes.

Discounts apply only to purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Promotions are valid only on eligible purchases and do not apply to shipping costs or gift cards unless specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, except to sanctioned countries. Delivery times vary by location, but we generally dispatch orders within 3 working days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 1-2 working days

  • Europe: 3-5 working days

  • Worldwide: 5-7 working days

Custom-made items may have different delivery times. Please inquire if they are not available at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. All items are shipped from London, United Kingdom.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

.5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns if notified within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

For UK returns, we must receive the item within 30 days of delivery. For international returns, the item must be received within 45 days. We allow reasonable extensions for shipping delays beyond your control, provided you can show proof of postage within the expected timeframe.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. We may charge a small fee for replacing certain components, such as ear wires, if necessary.

Refunds will be processed via same method as original payment.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All product images, designs, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Roksella Jewellery.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs or images is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Our jewellery is made with high-quality materials, but we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or improper use.

Roksella Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
